Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Be Able to Ride a Bike with Legit License.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.
∎ The applicants with experience in the following business area(s) will be prioritized: Developer, Land share.
∎ Skills Required: Digital Marketing Campaign, Marketing, Real Estate.
