Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in CS/CSE/CIS/IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Good written and verbal communication.
∎ Degree in computer science or information technology.
∎ Networking knowledge is advantageous such as CCNA.
∎ Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is advantageous.
∎ Knowledge in virtualization is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
∎ Ensure security of Data, Network Access and Backup System
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
∎ Ensure that computers peripherals such as scanners, printers, monitors and others are configured and properly working for all field staff members.
∎ Deploy Local Area network infrastructure following applicable Organization Standard regarding cabling, Wi-Fi and other active network equipment.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ To install & configure networking LAN, & Wireless knowledge Printer, switch & router.
∎ Knowledge in Windows based Servers, Active Directory and domain services, including management of AD computers and users' accounts, DNS, DHCP, centralized computers updating and patching, Server management.
∎ Investigate local internet connectivity options to obtain adequate bandwidth for intranet and application connectivity & regular communication with ISP.
∎ Organize and arrange filling of important document.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, printers, and scanners etc.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
∎ Troubleshooting technical issues.
∎ Diagnosing and repairing faults.
∎ Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
