• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Maintain Fixed assets project statement.

• Ensure timely updates of asset values in the accounting system.

• Maintain accurate records of all fixed assets, including equipment, machinery, tools, and vehicles.

• Implement asset tagging, classification, and tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition.

• Oversee the procurement process for new assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comply with company policies.

• Manage the disposal of obsolete or damaged assets, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations.

• Track and calculate depreciation of assets based on company policy and accounting standards. Maintenance Budget variance.

• Supervision Monthly Quarterly AIT, TDS, VDS, & VAT deduction from the application heads of accounts and deposit to the govt. Exchequer.Other work for company required.
