Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and ledger postings.
Handle cash, bank, and petty cash management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare and maintain VAT & Tax documents and returns.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable laws.
Prepare budget, cash flow, and financial analysis reports.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
