Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Taking and monitoring adjustment as per policy.
∎ Processing bills & vouchers as per policy.
∎ Ensuring compliance with professional standards and company policies.
∎ Conduct price/rate survey for procurement of materials and services.
∎ Carry out investigations, and ad-hoc assignments as required
∎ Prepare and submit all reports within stipulated time frame
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor the implementation of department’s recommendations and tracking progress
∎ Others (As per departmental requirement)
