Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct marketing & Sales, Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
∎ Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
∎ Collection of Sales.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Receive and attain customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Ensure proper collection and target recovery.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 2-4 years' experience in sales and marketing in any real estate company
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
