Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the team members to formulate & execute an operational team strategy to achieve goals.
∎ Develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast-changing market.
∎ Lead a team as well as meet individual KPI
∎ Creates builds and harness customer relationships by an excellent presentation on product attributes.
∎ Negotiate price and payment schedules in the Real-Estate perspective.
∎ Creative, proactive, and innovative in customer creation and retention.
∎ Facilitate management to review and evaluate performance in review meetings.
∎ Manage brand building and customer engagement activity
∎ Facilitate & coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 02 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
