∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
∎ Ability to generate a graphical representation of data & report on short notice with maximum efficiency
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Forecast the business on a short-run as well as a long-run basis to achieve the operational goal
∎ Analyze sales of retail business & maintain sales, stock, and production database in retail business
∎ Check with Business Planning regarding monthly target and capacity utilization
∎ Develop, document, and implement business plans, processes, and procedures in respect of retail fashion brand
∎ Prepare business performance reports on a monthly basis
∎ Analysis of new business development
∎ Prepare and maintain a master database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying & backing up data
∎ Inventory management like aging analysis/fast-moving or slow-moving items etc
∎ Develop a sales dashboard & highlight key trends with insights
