Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Senior Executive / Executive - Accounts, your job responsibilities may vary depending on the size and nature of the organization you work for, but generally, your responsibilities will include:
∎ Financial Management: Executing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial planning. This may involve preparing financial statements, monitoring financial performance, analyzing financial data, and providing financial insights to senior management.
∎ Accounting Operations: Executing day-to-day accounting operations, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and managing the general ledger. This may also involve implementing and maintaining accounting systems, procedures, and policies to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Executing the organization's cash flow, including forecasting cash flow needs, managing cash inflows and outflows, and optimizing cash utilization to meet business requirements.
∎ Tax Compliance: Ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, including timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns, managing tax audits, and providing tax planning advice to minimize the organization's tax liabilities.
∎ Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights to senior management for decision-making purposes. This may include conducting financial performance analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
∎ Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for internal and external stakeholders. This may involve interpreting financial data, preparing financial narratives, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
∎ Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and mitigate financial risks. This may involve developing and implementing control procedures, conducting internal audits, and identifying and addressing control deficiencies.
∎ Relationship Management: Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, banks, vendors, and customers, to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any financial-related issues.
∎ Team Play: Act as an active team member of the Accounts department.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize financial operations, streamline processes, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
∎ Compliance and Regulations: Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations, and ensuring the organization's compliance with these requirements.
∎ Special Projects: Participating in special projects, such as financial system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives, as assigned by senior management. Employment Status
∎ Payroll management: Should be able to provide all relevant data to HR on time for Salary preparation, Bonus and service charge payment. Should check all the data and pass the file to higher management for acknowledgement and approval.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
