Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up with clients to collect overdue payments.
∎ Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and visits (if needed).
∎ Work with sales, accounts, and legal teams to solve any issues related to payment delays.
∎ Handle difficult or long-pending cases.
∎ Keep detailed records of recovery activities.
∎ Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
∎ Ensure all collection activities follow company policy and legal rules.
