Manufacturing Cost Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare pre-product and post-product costing and analysis various types of cost head;
∎ Identify process loss with appropriate reason;
∎ Identify variances between actual and approved consumption at the end of each reporting;
∎ Analyze & Determine the man/machine ratio, machine cost, man cost and cost per minute;
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine value;
∎ Make sure to prepare a variance report of product costing and CM analysis;
∎ Suggest spending improvements that increase profits;
∎ Monitors spending to ensure it remains within budget; &
∎ Other reporting requirements as advised from time to time.
