∎ Experiences in Garment Manufacturing will get advantage.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect & maintain sales contract documents & maintain database and analysis.
∎ Collection, maintenance & analysis of pre-costing & post costing.
∎ Prepare Post Costing and Order Closing reports.
∎ Check, verify & monitor PI with pre-costing to control BTB LC.
∎ Calculate Style/PO/MBM Order wise Fabric/Garment costing.
∎ Order wise raw materials consumption analysis.
∎ Reconcile section wise production.
∎ Reporting cut to ship and order to ship ratio.
∎ Variance reports.
∎ Stock valuation and physical verification of stock, and reconciliation between financial stock records and factory stock ledger.
∎ Maintain data for Order closing report submission.
∎ Daily inventory record monitoring from ERP.
∎ Monthly stock position reporting.
∎ Wastage management.
∎ Monitoring process reconciliation from raw material to shipment, monitoring wastage.
∎ Fabric and accessories price verification, based on pre-cost sheet with PI.
