Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Materials, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring customer service & satisfaction
∎ Communicate with customers via phone and e-mail regarding products and services.
∎ Have to convince clients to take the services and/or confirm orders.
∎ Provide detailed answers to questions about products, prices, and details.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
∎ They should be well mannered, pleasant, professional and good problem solvers as well, Should be self-directed.
∎ You Need to Visit relevant clients for sales & meeting purposes.
∎ Meet and greet customers who attend the showroom in a friendly and professional manner and provide first rate customer service.
∎ Assist customers face to face, on the telephone, and by email with a range of fireplace/ worktop design, sales and after sales queries.
∎ Actively keep customers up to date regarding their installation, orders and delivery.
