Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a potential and reliable incumbent who will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans and smooth financial operations.
∎ The goal is to enable the company`s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company`s objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit and correspond with various banking and non-banking financial institutions.
∎ Responding to the post-disbursement queries and requirements of the Bank and Financial institution
∎ Responding to the queries and requirements of credit rating agency and Bank
∎ To monitor the market condition of borrowing & lending interest and profit rates.
∎ Maintaining record of various information related to the group (Ex. all papers related to company affairs, Audit financial report, stock report)
∎ To cooperate in the different tasks of different companies and departments within the group.
∎ To open A/C with various banks.
∎ Assist the head of the department to prepare the feasibility of a new project.
∎ To visit a factory with the guest of Foreign Investment.
∎ Involved in preparing a database of the cost of capital or funds to compare between different banks or FIs.
∎ To be involved with preparing CIB undertakings for the company and directors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
∎ Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
∎ Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
∎ The ability to work independently.
