Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including security guards and officers.
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
∎ Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
∎ Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches and suspicious activities.
∎ Train security staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and customer service techniques.
∎ Conduct investigations into security incidents, accidents, or violations of company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, including incident reports and documentation of disciplinary actions.
∎ Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other external stakeholders as needed.
∎ Respond to emergencies and security incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Provide guidance and support to security staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security management.
∎ We are seeking Retired Army Person (JCO/NCO) only for qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
