Responsibilities & Context:
RJM Footwear Ltd. is 100% export oriented fully complied footwear accessories sole manufacturer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Should have sound knowledge in all commercial activities,
- Prepare all import and export related documents.
- Have good experience in custom bond related activities.
- Prepare the Pro-forma Invoice according to the PO Sheet in favor of Buyer
- Communications & follow up with the banks suppliers, currier companies, forwarders, customs house and so on.
- Capable of doing all sorts of work related to customs & bond like preparing UP & completing permission process from bond office.
- To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with custom
- Ensure validation/renewal of bonded warehouse license from Tax Commissioner's Office including indemnity and undertaking, etc.
- Doing Customs Related Work.
- Should have experience in the field of Import L/C, FDD & T /T.
- Checking & controlling PI and other invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services;
- Ensure Collecting Bill of Lading on time & submitting export documents to forwarding agent or Bank to Bank.
- Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export and collection follow up with buyer as well as Import payment follow-up with Supplier.
- Any task assigned by management
