The incumbent should be dynamic,well organized & self driven.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate should have EPZ based experience.
Job Location: KEPZ, Chattogram.
Responsibilities:
Should have sound knowledge in commercial terms like export/import, Industrial & commercial business strategies, negotiation skills & finalize, Bank documents preparation & submission etc.
Good knowledge regarding the Work Order processing & receiving, issuance of P/I, S/C adding necessary terms & conditions.
Sound knowledge on LC opening, checking, verifying & amendment, Documents & record sheet preparing.
Maintain proper liaison with marketing team, concern agencies & factories, merchandising team, commercial team, production people & receive delivery concern both for the industrial & commercial businesses & keep all the records & documents in an update manner.
Must be well conversant in document processing & submission to the party, challan copy collection, checking & delivery & closely follow up of delivery programs.
Must be able to work independently without supervision & have practical knowledge.
Co-ordinate with all the unit related to commercial issues & provide them proper feedback. (if any).
Preserve all corresponding records & update accordingly.
Ability to assimilate all jobs relating commercial & perform effectively & efficiently.
Should be well conversant in both verbal & email correspondences.
Should have the ability to work under pressure and.
To perform any other task given by the management from time to time.
