• At least 3-5 years in the commercial department, especially in the Customs Bond section.
• PGDSCM will get priority. 
• Direct working experience with BEZA/BEPZA and BOND Customs will get an extra advantage.
• Good understanding of LCs, import-export procedures, and customs documentation.
• Experience in a similar type of position, preferably in a 100% export-oriented multinational Garments/ Textile/ FMCG etc., companies located in an Economic Zone or Export Processing Zone.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in office management tools and good presentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership abilities are necessary.

Artnature Bangladesh Ltd., a subsidiary of Artnature Inc., Japan, one of the world’s leading multinational companies in premium wig and hairpiece manufacturing, is setting up its new state-of-the-art facility at the Bangladesh Specialized Economic Zone (BSEZ), Araihazar, Narayanganj. The company is engaged in the manufacturing, processing, exporting, and importing of a wide range of premium hair products, including toupees, wigs, wiglets, hair accessories, ornaments, and related materials using both human and synthetic hair. Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overall commercial operations in alignment with company policies.

• Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing departmental activities.

• Liaise and follow up with banks, BEZA, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely processing of documents and shipments.

• Follow up and process import permits, export permits, and process necessary formalities for on-time in-house and on-time shipment.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with import/export regulations.

• Should have adequate knowledge of HS code, the Customs Act, and Bond formalities.

• Prepare yearly import and export customs statements for bond audit.

• Maintain in-bond and ex-bond records with the customs bond register.

• Maintain strong relationships with all external and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.

• Support in the preparation of reports, analysis, and documentation for management review.

• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager or management as needed.
