Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline can apply. Having a specific degree/diploma Textile production / Engineering would be greatly appreciated.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ A Multinational Company dedicated to innovation & supply of fabrics focused to Sportswear / Activewear / Innerwear / Loungewear / Sleepwear etc.
∎ Direct sales / business development experience in the readymade garment sector of Bangladesh. Fabric sales experience is greatly appreciated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having profound knowledge of the RMG & Clothing Industries' Supply Chain Management.
∎ Having updated data of RMG exports from Bangladesh.
∎ Search, contact and develop relationships and long-term cooperation with new buyers.
∎ Ensure satisfaction of existing buyers by executing of current orders and generate repeat orders.
∎ Maintain an effective relationship with the existing buyers & fulfill their requirements.
∎ Visit buyers and buying office on regular basis to ensure seamless communication.
∎ Continuous monitoring of competitors activities and reporting to team leader with the recommendation to promote sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Present our new developments or products to new or existing buyers.
∎ Negotiate price, place order and control order sheet in consultation with the team leader.
∎ Ensure all required commercial documents in collaboration with commercial documents.
∎ Assist team leader to achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target.
∎ Prepare reports on production, sales and payment issues on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Follow up the production progress by corresponding with the factory's concerned person.
∎ Prepare the promotional presentation for buyer meeting, conference and different fairs.
∎ Represent the development plan to the head of the department as a report against the pitfall of the marketing and production process.
∎ Prepare buyer database on monthly basis.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-10 years in fabric sales out of which 3-5 years in relevant experience - which is Synthetic fabrics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric development & Manufacturing, Quality Inspection, Sales, Marketing and merchandising.
∎ Applicant must be smart, presentable & have excellent communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Possessing relevant IT skills is a necessity.
∎ Experiences in Textiles marketing/merchandising will be added advantages.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
