Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct internal audits of financial and operational activities across all business units.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and industry-specific laws.
∎ Monitor fraud risks, revenue leakage, and inefficiencies in financial reporting.
∎ Evaluate procurement, sales, inventory, and asset management processes for irregularities.
∎ Conduct stock audits in warehouses, dealerships, and service centers.
∎ Monitor the procurement, distribution, and sales of motorcycles and three-wheelers.
∎ Audit sales transactions, customer payments, and receivables for accuracy.
∎ Evaluate project costing, contractor payments, and revenue recognition.
∎ Conduct investigations on suspected fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct.
∎ Implement fraud prevention measures in all business units.
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Assist in external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
∎ Job Context: The Audit Executive is responsible for conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across the group's business operations in motorcycle, three-wheeler, and real estate sectors. The role ensures adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and financial accuracy to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
