Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and implement effective auditing system to control all financial operations and processes.
∎ Create internal audit system for effective functioning of finance department.
∎ Assess and evaluate internal controls of accounting functions.
∎ Prepare audit reports on a periodic basis for the top management.
∎ Review and reconcile all customers, vendors and ledger balances.
∎ Implement best practices and procedures in all audit systems and accounting functions.
∎ Monthly petty cash branch audit.
∎ Check all branch requisition before purchase.
∎ All inventory Management
∎ Check all supply chain quotation and approved
∎ Input quick books daily branch petty cash expense
∎ Check all bill before payment
∎ Monthly Branch inventory audit
∎ Surprise weekly audit
∎ Prepare Monthly inventory audit report
∎ Cash counting
∎ Daily Sales Report
∎ VAT, TAX calculation and return submit
∎ Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know the usage of Quickbooks.
∎ Should display good motivational and communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel around Dhaka city for audit purpose, perhaps even every day.
Salary: Tk. 24000 - 26000 (Monthly)
