∎ Minimum Graduation in Business Studies from any reputed university (preferably in Accounting)

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Experience in the relevant field is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure usage of Registered books by the customers that are being provided by the business.
∎ Periodical reconciliation with depot to ensure goods are delivered to the right customers duly supported by receiving acknowledgement.
∎ To reconcile credit balances as per our books and to identify root causes in case of deviations.
∎ Investigate unusual transactions with regard to goods movement/payment mishandling and report it to the COO, ACI FL.
∎ Coordinate with the central audit and credit team to mitigate the risks of balance disagreement.
∎ Expedite recovery from absconded field force through engagement of recovery officials timely.
∎ Maintain detailed audit documentation, including workpapers, evidence, and findings.
∎ Prepare and maintain organized audit files for reference and reporting purposes.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
∎ Operational visibility, stock movement, and payment balance check.
