Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Hotel Management or Masters in any Relevant Department from Reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Cost control, Excellent presentation, Hospitality Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banquet and or FB Operations, Catering, Customer Service, Guest Relation, Hospitality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Hotel, Motel, Resort, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and preserve the all official files.
∎ To prepare all types of Food & Beverage official reports as per Food & Beverage Manager and senior demands.
∎ To checked all purchase bill for different items.
∎ To prepare Purchase Requisition for packages, Normal and special event days.
∎ Checked purchase requisition price with market value to control the cost and expenses and keep record of Food & Beverage, Resort and Bar.
∎ To coordinate closely with purchase department to cover all the necessary demands of Food & Beverage Department.
∎ To Run the outlet perfectly
∎ To check the number of guests and sales analysis of Food & Beverage, Resort and Bar.
∎ To prepare all types of Food & Beverage Official Report
∎ To prepare sales analysis /Income VS expenses of Food & Beverage, Resort and Bar
∎ To prepare Weekly & Monthly Report of Food & Beverage , Resort and Bar.
∎ Analysis of previous year's sale and current sales and report result to the department Head.
∎ To prepare all types of purchase credit bill summery submitted Accounts department for adjustment.
∎ To prepare day wise Production Report of Food & Beverage some Kiosk and Restaurant.
∎ Maintain liaison with all others departments and provide to head of the department Food & Beverage with up to date information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Supports to special events and cultural performances, musical ambiance of the park during national and important occasions.
∎ Prompt execution to any other instruction given by head of the Department/Management.
∎ MS Excel, Word and Internet.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
