• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Public Relation Companies

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 5 to 7 years’ experience as Event Operation/Activation Executive To be a part of the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Event Operations
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point
• Speaking and writing in English

Company Location: 137/A, New Eskaton, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating events/project/Activation development and setup
• Coordinating with event designer to ensure that the venue layout is appropriate for the type of event being held
• Communicating with external (customers and vendors) and internal (colleagues) Stakeholders
• Managing budget and expenses for each event
• Conduct site surveys and quality control checks
• Planning of events/projects
• Sourcing for event suppliers and venues and provide onsite event coordination
• Oversee project timelines
• Certain administrative work will be expected
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
