Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in industrial & production engineering.
∎ Professional degree in SCM will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take bottom up forecast from sales.
∎ Generate demand forecast models & ease validation of the forecast.
∎ Arrange Demand plan meeting & ensure that team is focusing on eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy.
∎ Take validated production plan from production team based on the demand plan.
∎ Monitor day wise production plan vs actual production.
∎ Run daily MRP on the agreed production plan.
∎ Monitor consumption pattern & ease of reconciliation monitoring process.
∎ Do daily call offs, follow up with the procurement team (Local & Foreign).
∎ Monitor and inform to take action when necessary to ensure timely arrival of material on site, thereby avoid disruption to production plans.
∎ Responsible for keeping the material stocks at target stock level approved by management.
∎ Ensuring that team is focusing on maximizing overall equipment efficiency through arranging effective supply plan meetings.
∎ Facilitate chairing monthly S&OP meetings with all concerned team leads & HODs.
∎ Prepare key reports for CSCMO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance knowledge in MS Office
∎ Strong communication & Logical interpretation, Proactive approach.
∎ At least 2-3 years hands on experience in manufacturing SCM (DP/PPC/MRP/DRP) preferred.
