Responsibilities & Context:
Generate sales and achieve the target as planned.
Collect prospects from various sources to meet the target and build new customer portfolio.
Develop potential clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
Handle clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about apartments to generate sales.
Follow up with clients and provide an update on progress.
Manage after sales procedures including Application Form, Payment Schedule, Deed of Agreement.
