As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive – Administration for our production facility located in Bagher Bazar, Gazipur, Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory people management, governance, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Office Cleanliness- Ensure daily office cleaning, maintenance of hygiene standards, supervision of housekeeping staff, and monitoring of service quality.
Canteen Operations & Vendor Monitoring- Oversee canteen services, ensure food quality, hygiene, and staff satisfaction; manage canteen vendor contracts and performance.
Corporate Events & Meeting Support- Plan and execute internal corporate events, meetings, and staff engagement activities, including logistical and material support.
Building Repairs & Utility Management- Monitor office infrastructure; manage repair work (civil, electrical, plumbing); ensure uninterrupted utilities such as water, electricity, and air conditioning.
Security Services & Access Control- Supervise security services, manage CCTV, ID card issuance, visitor control, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Electrical & Fire Safety Compliance- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards; manage fire detection and suppression systems; coordinate regular fire drills and safety training.
Air Conditioning Maintenance- Schedule and supervise periodic maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Transport & Vehicle Scheduling- Plan and monitor office transport, including vehicle assignment, route optimization, maintenance schedules, and driver supervision.
Dispatch & Delivery Coordination- Manage the dispatch of official documents, courier services, internal mail, and ensure timely delivery of parcels.
