∎ Raw Material Receiving
∎ Internal Transfer-Dispatch & Receiving
∎ Cash Entry
∎ Freight Accounting Entry
∎ Cash Sales Receiving
∎ Bank Receiving Entry
∎ Prepare and Maintain Petty Cash Book in Excel.
∎ Ensure Petty Cash Locker Security (Maximum Limit 2 Lac).
∎ Sending Monthly Petty Cash Maintenance Report.
∎ Ensure Monthly Casual Labour Attendance and Payment.
∎ Ensure Weekly Contract Labour Bill Payment.
∎ Ensure Cash Receiving & Payment Voucher Filing
∎ Ensure Freight Advice Challan Filing
∎ Ensure load, unload and shifting record maintenance.
∎ Preserve and Update Production Chart and Reports.
∎ All sorts of Utility Bill and Payment Voucher Filing.
∎ Scrap Sales Out pass and Money Receipt Recording.
∎ Local License Renewal or New License Accomplishment.
∎ Ensure Local Purchase.
∎ Ensure Banking (Withdrawal or Deposit of Cash) for Official purpose.
∎ Monitor Office & Guest House Security.
∎ Ensure House Keeping.
∎ Physical Stock Verification
∎ Prepare and Submit Process Loss Report
