∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and VAT compliance.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ Proven experience in accounts and finance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recording Day-to-Day Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions daily, maintaining updated petty cash records, ledger books, and vouchers.
∎ Preparation & Review of Monthly Receipts & Payments: Prepare and review the monthly receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
∎ Inventory Verification: Conduct physical verification of inventory on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to ensure accurate stock records.
∎ VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns monthly, ensuring all data is properly recorded and compliant with regulations.
∎ Audit Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement an audit plan to ensure financial processes comply with relevant regulations and internal standards.
∎ Safety & Security of Account Documents: Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of all accounting-related documents and financial information.
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Accounts to manage financial functions within our organization. This role will involve managing accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team and be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
