∎ We are looking for a competent Senior Executive of accounts and finance to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You`ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
∎ The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships

Job Responsibilities:
∎ who are responsible for the financial and operational management of their funds. This is a very broad responsibility encompassing all aspects of accounts management.

∎ The candidate will have a proven track record of managing a fund and working in corporate finance, probably at a liquid investment fund or investment bank. Prior experience of fundraising will be beneficial.
∎ Candidates will have developed skills in portfolio company and investor management, modelling and drafting skills alongside a sound understanding of large investment fund matters.
∎ he/she must have a genuine passion for technology and investment banking, along with an excellent academic background with a tertiary level education probably with a finance or economics focus.
∎ The candidate must be a team player, keen to take on responsibility and competent at delegation. Key qualities include being able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set, being highly self motivated and having a high degree of stamina to work within a high energy and focused team environment.
∎ The candidate should be a strong advocate of firm culture and values and capable of undertaking the following without significant Partner involvement.
∎ Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.
∎ Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
∎ Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.
∎ Present products to prospective clients
∎ Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
∎ Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
∎ Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
∎ Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data:
∎ Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
∎ Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
∎ Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
∎ Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
∎ Organizational and time-management skills
∎ A business acumen
∎ Enthusiastic and passionate.
∎ should have strong presentation skills, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services so they can develop sales strategies to meet the company's goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be capable of identifying group or individual target investors for a specific fund.
∎ Must be capable of a large pool of liquid assets supplied by institutional investors or individual investors.
∎ Must have to Maintain and increase corporate sales on a daily and monthly basis.
∎ Must be capable of arranging new corporate investment fund hunting for company development.
∎ Identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads developing new business(bond, pension, provident, sukok, securities, share, mutual fund etc.)
∎ .Managing clients, meeting investors to determine investment goals or to discuss investment strategies.
∎ .monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
∎ Strong ability to give attention to detail while maintaining focus on the big picture.
∎ Highly motivated individual with profound ability to organize functions, work independently when necessary, and solve problems.
∎ Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively in a fast paced work setting and meeting project deadlines.
∎ Develop or implement fund investment policies or strategies.
∎ Select specific investments or investment mixes for purchase by an investment fund.
∎ Manage investment funds to maximize return on client investments.
∎ Ability to adapt to varying situations,display professionalism,composure, diplomacy and flexibility.
∎ Ability to produce reports and correspondence by applying excellent writing and editing skills.
∎ Assessing the financial value of goods, buildings or services.
∎ Using statistical methods to obtain, interpret and present information.
∎ .Exceptional individual with strong ethics and high integrity record.

∎ Researching markets and applying findings from investment analysts.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the company to all stakeholders, and to be effective in a collaborative team environment.
