∎ We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of digital marketing strategies, execution, and performance growth across multiple platforms.
∎ Strategy Development:
∎ Craft complete multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
∎ Plan and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
∎ Advertising Expertise:
∎ Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strong focus on ROI.
∎ Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) for lead generation and conversions.
∎ Create and manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B marketing and lead nurturing.
∎ Retargeting strategies for maximum conversion uplift.
∎ Sales Funnel Building:
∎ Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels (lead magnets, nurturing emails, retargeting campaigns).
∎ Create automation flows to maximize customer journey efficiency.
∎ Content Strategy & Planning:
∎ Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly, high-performing content aligned with marketing goals.
∎ Guide the content calendar to support paid campaigns and organic growth.
∎ Data Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting:
∎ Set up KPIs and track performance across all campaigns.
∎ Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and custom dashboards to measure success.
∎ Deliver regular detailed performance reports with strategic insights and future recommendations.
