Ability to work on site in Gazipur·
Strong understanding of fashion trends, colors, and fabrics·
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop·
Excellent communication and presentation skills·
Appreciated CLO3D knowledge·
Creativity and attention to details
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct trend research and create mood boards, graphics, and garment styling (CAD).
Develop tech packs and coordinate sample development.
Communicate with buyers/marketing teams to prepare presentations, hanger , and sample programs.
Provide clear instructions and follow up with the Sample Section, R&D Hanger Department, and Designers.
Oversee and monitor digital printing, rotary printing, and washing work developments.
Ensure the Design Studio Showroom is well-organized for each buyer visit.
Present collections, fabrics, and swatch books during client visits and showroom meetings.
Prepare trend books, design books, and swatch books for internal and marketing purposes.
Collaborate with R&D on new fabric developments and mill weeks
Distribute tasks within the design team and oversee project execution
Prepare daily progress report and updates to the Design Director
