Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, and suitable programs.
Assess students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and eligibility.
Provide accurate guidance on Canada & Europe study options.
Handle the complete student counselling and admission process from initial consultation to enrolment.
Guide students regarding university applications, documentation, scholarships and visa requirements.
Maintain strong communication and follow-up with prospective students and applicants.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
Follow up on leads and convert prospective students into successful applicants.
Stay updated on university intakes, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and visa policies.
Meet individual and team counselling/admission targets while maintaining high service quality.
