∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • Skills Required: IELTS or any other English qualifications, UK graduates are preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Skilled in written and spoken English, Student Counselling
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Counsel students to promote our partner UK, USA, CANADA and Australian universities and Overseas Education.
∎ • Call students who are in our database to introduce Student Connect and its Services.
∎ • Assess students' inquiries (applications, academic background, financial suitability) to ensure maximum conversion.
∎ • Process Applications to Partner Universities (via emails and portals).
∎ • Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow up with our UK admissions team.
∎ • Forecast your application portfolio to a final enrolment to our operations team and partner universities through CRM
∎ • Liaise with Visa & Compliance Team to convert students in ethical and compliant manner.
∎ • Work towards targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
∎ • Respond in fast and timely manner to your students to increase conversion
∎ • Liaise with our Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
∎ • Attend Education Events overseas
∎ • Deliver presentations to students face to face (virtually and also in person) and through online platforms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
