Educational Requirements:
∎ Are a Graduate from any background (preferably from Media and Communication, Marketing or English Literature).
∎ Must have O Level and A Level background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brainstorm and visualize ideas.
∎ Write culturally enriched proof for advertisement or communication.
∎ Produce creative ideas for innovative campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 year(s) in an Event Management/Advertising Agency
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management/ Advertising
∎ Bangla & English Visual Copy & Captions creation.
∎ Required to have excellent communication skills; able to communicate verbally, orally, and visually with a diverse range of individuals.
∎ Writing clear, persuasive and original Bangla and English copy.
∎ Writing copy or preparing content in accordance with the given requirements.
∎ Writing original Bangla and English scripts for multiple clients.
∎ Coming up with relevant and trending ideas, concepts and copy.
∎ Proofreading and writing content for websites and apps.
∎ Writing quality blog posts on an array of relevant topics.
∎ Localizing or translating from English to Bangla or vice-versa.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Work in an office-based environment, having a practical approach to the work and a willingness to contribute towards assisting the line manager and others.
∎ Have an enthusiastic attitude for digital and traditional marketing.
∎ Possess a positive, friendly and flexible attitude.
∎ Are able to deliver creative work on a regular basis.
∎ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Have the resilience to work across a number of projects and balance workload.
∎ Have proven English and Bangla Copy writing skills.
∎ Are able to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar, incorporating logic and creativity.
∎ Focus on Accuracy and Attention to detail.
∎ Are proficient in writing with Avro/Bijoy.
∎ Are able to stay up-to-date with pop culture, trends, latest techniques, and technologies.
∎ Have the resilience to accept criticism of your work.
