Applicant must have minimum 10 years experience in the construction of high-rise apartment buildings.
Responsibilities & Context:
We will recruit a Graduate Civil Engineer for our construction projects.
- Develop technical designs, drawings using software like AutoCAD
- Provide technical support to complete construction in accordance with technical standards and guidelines.
- Regular site visits and ensure timely documentation of progress and challenges.
- Prepare and monitor work plans, ensuring timely completion of activities and responsiveness to urgent needs.
- Maintain accurate records of materials usage and progress.
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and share updates with management.
- Organize regular meetings with the team and keep proper notes/minutes.
