Responsibilities & Context:
- Will be responsible for overall management of kitchen. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure office standards and regulations.
- Instruct other chefs in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and other cooking ingredients.
- Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
- Make sure that all kitchen stuff is clean and healthy.
- Has to cook Chinese, Thai, Continental, sometimes Bangladeshi and Indian foods.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by client.
