• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Statistics and Data Science
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking

• BBA from IBA (Any Public University) will be considered highly preferable.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Experience in Electrical & Electronics or Chemical Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and business reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Work closely with senior management to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational challenges across departments.
• Prepare detailed business reports, feasibility studies, and cost–benefit analyses.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Evaluate product performance, supply chain flow, and customer insights for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Develop dashboards, performance KPIs, and business monitoring systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, structured manner.
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for business expansion and new project development.
