∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the daily collection of sale proceeds and ensure the deposition of the following day. Make the collection reconciliation and send it to head office.
∎ Prepare the monthly Trial balance and send it to head office on time.
∎ Record the Area Office Fixed Asset properly and update the fixed assets register accordingly.
∎ Check of expense/bill vouchers properly and control AO expenses within the budget.
∎ Keep all supporting documents with vouchers properly.
∎ Ensure policy and TAX/VAT compliances accordingly.
∎ Manage inventory and provide relevant financial information to head office as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Ability in Monthly accounts preparation, cash & banking, fixed assets/inventory management
∎ Experience of working at ERP/SAP, Hardworking, Team Player, etc.
∎ The candidate must be willing to work anywhere in Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
