Position Overview:
Zylpe Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Analyst - Business Development to join our growth team. This role is exclusively focused on driving revenue by targeting international companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on developing and maintaining comprehensive competitive profiles and strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, qualify, capture, and close new business opportunities within target companies. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities by teaming with senior teammates. Design and drive customer call plans and preparation for client meetings to ensure alignment with objectives and success criteria. Develop and/or contribute to Zylpe Account Plans and competitive positioning strategies.
Market Research & Analysis: Support market research, white space analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives. Monitor industry news, developments, and regulatory changes affecting the competitive landscape. Prepare detailed business cases, findings, and recommendations for executive management.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate on strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, and organic business development. Assist in the development of proposals, oral presentations, demonstrations, and other key selling tools. Work with integrated teams to develop detailed capture strategies ensuring Zylpe solutions are differentiated and competitive.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Effectively present opportunities to Zylpe executives to ensure a corporate understanding of requirements and resource needs.
Performance bonus up to 80% to 100% of base salary.
