Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling and rendering for architectural visualization or product visualization.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (primary modeling and rendering software).
• Expert proficiency in V-Ray Renderer (materials, lighting, and render settings).
• Proficiency in Substance Painter & Substance Designer (PBR and procedural texturing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (texture creation and post-production).
• Strong understanding of UV unwrapping, texel density, and efficient texture mapping.
• Strong understanding of material creation and photorealistic shading principles.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — for understanding and responding to client feedback.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, and material schedules to create accurate 3D scenes.
• Strong artistic sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to balance quality with efficiency.
• Knowledge of Corona Renderer, Unreal Engine, or real-time visualization tools is a plus.

Senior 3D Artist (Furniture, Fixtures, & Architectural Visualization)

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior 3D Artist with exceptional expertise in furniture, fixtures, and décor modeling, texturing, and photorealistic rendering for architectural visualization projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Substance Painter/Designer, and Adobe Photoshop, combined with a strong understanding of UV unwrapping, PBR texturing, and realistic lighting and materials. You should be capable of interpreting architectural drawings, CAD data, and client references to produce accurate, high-quality 3D renderings. Excellent English communication skills are essential for understanding client feedback, collaborating with the project team, and maintaining clarity throughout the visualization process.

Key Responsibilities

• Model high-quality furniture, fixtures, décor items, and architectural elements with realistic details and clean topology.
• Create accurate and optimized UV unwrapping and physically accurate materials using Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and V-Ray.
• Produce photorealistic interior and exterior renderings based on architectural drawings, 3D models, or CAD references.
• Develop realistic lighting setups and compositions to match client requirements and design intent.
• Collaborate with project managers and other 3D artists to ensure all visuals meet technical and aesthetic standards.
• Review and implement client feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Manage rendering workflows, maintain organized scene structures, and ensure consistency in quality and scale.
• Stay updated on emerging visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and material workflows.
• Assist in mentoring junior artists and maintaining Vcube’s quality standards for modeling and rendering.
