Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel including security planning and security employee developments. Coordination, and reporting with the security officer. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the security of the Premise.
∎ Should be capable to handle a large number of security forces of the factory.
∎ Overall responsibility for all the security staffs activities.
∎ To manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and those priorities are always covered adequately.
∎ All physical security to all the section of the factory
∎ Manage Training and parade in regular basis for the security personnel.
∎ Observe each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc.
∎ Initiate all security clearances and maintain appropriate records. Look after the CC TV camera for factory.
∎ Overseeing the duty of the guards at the security post and providing basic training.
∎ Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency
∎ Any other task assigned time to time by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional: Must be a retired professional from a defense background, such as the police, army, navy or RAB or Ansar

Salary: Negotiable
