∎ SSC/HSC/Graduation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as an Area Supervisor of a designated Area.
∎ To make the guards aware of the responsibility of the different post under his Area.
∎ Overseeing the Security Guards Uniform and other items as per the requirement of the post in the responsible area.
∎ If there is a guard absent in a post, quickly arrange another guard to reach the post.
∎ Keep in constant touch with the client and immediately inform the Post Authority and NEST Authority about any matter.
∎ Visit various duty posts under his Area and met with client to get Security Personnel performance status.
∎ Willing to learn quickly and travel extensively for field works.
∎ Ability to work and manage independently for any assigned Area.
∎ Conduct On Job Training of Security Personnel as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Ansar/Defense background will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have working experience as Security Supervisor in any reputed Security Company/Garments/Organization and must have client handling quality.

Salary: Negotiable
