Abedin Equipment Limited is one of the most growing concerns that is engaged in import, marketing, distribution and after sales service of Agricultural Machineries, Power tools etc. in Bangladesh. We are looking for a security officer/Supervisor for our warehouse who can control all security guards and their activities. In this role, the Security Officer / Supervisor will oversee the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets, while upholding the highest standards of protocol and safety.

The incumbent is expected to perform following activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a security officer to carry out the overall security.

• Ensure safety of respective warehouse assets.

• Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards.

• Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure the utmost safety and security.

• Control all kinds of visitors, vehicles, check security equipment operation·

• Recruit security guards as per necessity·

• Communicate with Head office and update in detail from time to time.

• Investigate the incidents if any requirement comes or situation demands.

• Necessary gate passes during entry and exit of goods from the office, ensuring proper documenting of consignments.

• Ensuring proper distribution of duty as per roster of guards & conduct various training for security team for developments.

• Any other official duties assigned by management.
