Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vehicle and other persons.
Maintain register book accurately.
Collaborate with other security officers/staffs for effective protection and coverage and maintain the entire security system of factory premises.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.
Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures.
Conduct regular and random inspections in the factory to ensure security alertness.
Maintain the company`s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.
