Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vehicle and other persons.
∎ Maintain register book accurately.
∎ Collaborate with other security officers/staffs for effective protection and coverage and maintain the entire security system of factory premises.
∎ Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.
∎ Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
∎ Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures.
∎ Conduct regular and random inspections in the factory to ensure security alertness.
∎ Maintain the company's reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
∎ Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.
