∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guard force management at Visa Application Center (VAC) & Medical Center & Crowd control in & outside the VAC.
∎ Recommend Countermeasures to ensure security of people, assets and processes in regular consultations with Operations teams
∎ Ensure life safety of all inside VAC and institute loss prevention measures to prevent incidents/accidents
∎ Ensure all critical service levels are met and contractual obligations compiled to, with deviations reported through incident report framework
∎ Conduct awareness training among all employees, contractors and vendors
∎ Maintain logs of all Requirement fulfilment for VAC and send MIS
∎ Conduct investigations as mandated
∎ Collaborate in implementing security policies and data protection laws in business
∎ Operational Risk Assessment of proposed Biomet Centre
∎ Offer risk rating of country, region & location and recommend countermeasures to ensure security of people, assets and processes in regular consultations with Operations teams.
∎ Liaise with Govt. authorities.
∎ Ensure all critical service levels are met & contractual obligations complied to, with deviations reported through incident report framework
∎ Conduct awareness training among all employees, contractors and vendors
∎ Conduct investigations as mandated
∎ Collaborate in implementing security policies and data protection laws in business
∎ Assist Operations and HR in corporate governance
∎ Send MIS on performance indicators
∎ Conduct investigations as mandated by Head of Security
∎ Collaborate in implementing security policies and data protection laws in business
∎ Review incident reports and take corrective actions

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 years' experience in Armed Forces/ Corporate Security Division
∎ Demonstrated experience in multi-site Security Environment
∎ Demonstrated ability to successfully conduct investigations and interviews conclusions
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal communication (verbal & written) skills and ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups and accurately document investigative and other job-related activities
∎ Working knowledge of computer based databases and word processing programs and concepts
∎ Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment with minimal supervision of day-to-day activities
∎ Perform other related tasks/special assignments as directed
∎ Broad knowledge of the business (strategy, organization, policies, interactions)
∎ Certification Courses related to Security measures and norms
