Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for overall security of human resources, material and information of the project.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the premises.
∎ Look after overall project safety &security.
∎ Assists in the supervision of Security Guards on assigned shift.
∎ Training must be given new security guards and ensure that all guards know the stranger challenging procedure.
∎ Duty distribution & follow up / monitoring.
∎ Provides protection for the project all the time (24/7).
∎ Arranging sudden visit at night (cross-shifting) with the security team in order to check the assigned team is in active or need to active.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Army Junior Commission (JCO) retired persons are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Maintaining meeting & training files for security force,
∎ Candidate should have Management Proficiency, Surveillance Skills, Analyzing Information , Coordination, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity.
∎ Job Location: Project Area (Kanchon, Narayangonj)
∎ Living Facility: Must Stay at Project's Dormitory
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
