Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ In case of Retd. Armed Forces Personnel with 20 years of working experience in Army, educational qualification can be relaxed to class VIII.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards.
∎ Prepares and conducts training for new guard and current staff including training on workplace searches, public and vehicle access procedure and related safety and security matter.
∎ Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
∎ Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
∎ Monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as substation, engine hall and fuel storage tanks area.
∎ Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
∎ Report all the emergency / incidents immediately to the security officer.
∎ Must take the approval of the security officer for any other entry or exit of any personnel or vehicles except the routine movement.
∎ Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of security personnel.
∎ Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
∎ Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
∎ Monitor screening of visitors before allowing them to enter the premises.
∎ Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.
∎ Implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
∎ Spot check of the security guards during the duty hours.
∎ Assisting the security guards in handling emergency situations and security hazards.
∎ Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
∎ Will submit written reports to the security officer in the prescribed format (Annex B) at the end of the duty hour.
∎ Will monitor the CCTV camera and take necessary actions as deemed necessary.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of working experience (Armed Forces/ Bangladesh Police)
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Report making skill
∎ Attention to details

Salary: Negotiable
