∎ Preference will be given and length of experience will be relaxed, ex-officers from defense forces or specially trained in safety and security management.
∎ Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with visitors in answering their inquiries.
∎ Should have sufficient strength and agility to deter and apprehend the Prowlers.
∎ Alert and good judgment in detecting unusual situations while indicate any danger to the building properties, company assets

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide protection of HR Bhaban, other Business Premises and Properties of Karnaphuli Group against unauthorized and illegal intrusion and safeguard the assets contained therein from all kinds' damage, leakage, theft, pilferage etc.
∎ Conduct and or ensure regular patrol of interior and exterior of the Business Premises, properties and assets of the Karnaphuli Group to establish and maintain full security control.
∎ Maintain good relations with local law enforcing agencies.
∎ Conduct casual surveillance on all persons who are entering into the HR Bhaban, particularly relative to irrational behavior .
∎ Establish and prepare shift scheduling for all security guards and security supervisors.
∎ Supervise the duties of both hired and contracted Security Personnel engaged by the Group.
∎ Respond to and investigate all complaints or incidents related to security issues and report ensuring remedial actions.
∎ Act on established programs related to fire protection and fire evacuation.
∎ Manage and organize vehicle parking in the assigned parking lots and direct in and out of the vehicles in orderly manner.
∎ Maintain keeping of Keys during and after office hours.
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per standard procedure of the company.
∎ Perform other related duties and tasks to be assigned by the company.
